Profile & Brief History of the Company

The Company was originally incorporated on 01/05/1992 in the name of “Ripam Finstocks and Holdings Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the company was subsequently changed to “Ripam Finstocks and Holdings Limited” with effect from 02/09/1997. Further, the name of the Company changed to “Digvijay Finlease Limited” with effect from 10/09/1997.

The company has been carrying on business as a “Non-Deposit taking – Non Banking Financial Company” (NBFC), in India. The company is registered with Reserve Bank of India as NBFC vide Registration Number 02/04/2004 as a Mid-Layer Investment & Credit Company (ICC).

Business Activities

The company is presently engaged mainly in the business of investment in shares & securities & financial activity. Company does not have any Public Funds.

Further, company does not have any customer interface as it is not carrying out loaning activity directly and does not have any digital presence / tied-up with any digital lending platform and has not appointed any agent to do any activity of lending. Also, company has not outsourced any activities related to customer interface
